It’s absolutely critical that the hinge pins are lined up precisely for the doors to open and shut without any problems. Sadly, rust can cause the door hinge blade to become jammed. To tackle this, our door hinge assembly is made using Q235 steel and then hot dip galvanized for rust-prevention.
